RC CUSTOM frames are handmade in Italy to your individual specifications. The design process is by polo players for polo players. RC has given significant time and attention to research with input from the world’s top polo players. Geometries are tweaked to balance weight distribution increasing maneuverability, reactivity, and precision control while at speed. This is all to improve the rider’s confidence on the polo court.
HOW TO ORDER
We start by having you fill out the design input form with key physical information about you and about the bike you want to ride. Scan and email the form or send the data to thr RC team. With that data and your preferences we design a frame geometry specific to you. Options including wheel size, disc or v breaks, preferred tire size, crank arm length, rear spacing, and cosmetic options like your choice in color or personal engraving on the rear dropouts.
We design the bike to your specification and send you a detailed diagram of the geometry for your approval and any input.

– frames are available for 26” and 700c wheels.
– frames are made with Columbus ZONA tubes.
– RC head tubes have external diameter of 40mm with an inner alloy spacer (standard size headset fit) which is
interchangeable in case of “loose/slack” headset. This system will save the frame in case of head tube
deformation; which our experience has shown is a critical stress area on polo frames
– Down tube- headset frame joint reinforcement
– safety dropouts
– integrated seat clamp
– The seat tube/BB welding is shifted forward to gain important mm enabling the rear wheel to be placed
further forward and achieve a compact wheel base
– Optional S&S Couplings (additional cost)
